Size exchange

Unused items with tags may be exchanged for another size within [7] days of delivery, subject to stock. Contact us before sending an item back.

Damaged or wrong items

If an item reaches you damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within [48 hours] of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund it.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched. Items made or altered to order cannot be cancelled once work has started.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within [5 to 7] working days.
